Information used for an enquiry
An email shares your email address and message contents. Send only information needed to assess the enquiry: town, type of work and a description of the space. Avoid identity documents, health information, payment details and photographs of other people. The final configuration must document purposes, the applicable legal basis, the email provider and retention periods.
Browsing and service protection
The application and its database run on NIVAREL’s VPS. Workspace access requires an authorised account and uses a protected session. Form security combines a signed proof, a first-party cookie, origin checks, a hidden field and request limits; it does not load a third-party CAPTCHA. Temporary rate-control identifiers are not used for advertising or saved as a browsing profile. Server logs and backups must be covered by the final retention policy.
Analytics and preferences
This candidate has no configured Google Analytics property and does not measure visits. Privacy controls are prepared to request an explicit choice if optional analytics is introduced. Contact fields, enquiries, quotations and workspace routes are excluded from measurement events. Rejecting analytics does not prevent reading the content.
Questions about your data
Write to the contact email to request information about the use of details you have shared. The final policy will explain access, rectification, erasure and other applicable rights, together with the possibility of contacting the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Do not send identity documents on your own initiative: proportionate verification will be requested only where necessary.
