Ceilings and continuity

The ceiling shapes the space too.

A clean plane can bring lighting together, conceal services or adjust a room’s height. The solution must allow the space to keep working after installation.

Height and proportion

Before defining the ceiling drop, we review the current height, service routes and intended effect. The final position must consider doors, windows and other elements along the perimeter.

What needs access

Items requiring maintenance should remain accessible. We coordinate access panel positions and reserve planned openings for lighting or other elements. Supply and connection of those elements must be defined in the scope.

Choose the appropriate system

Continuous and accessible ceilings meet different needs. The choice depends on appearance, maintenance, conditions in the space and any necessary technical project.

Joint finishing and final decoration are different tasks. Lighting and the intended paint help define the finishing stage to include in the quote; this decision should be made before installation.

  • Desired clear height and approximate area.
  • Lighting and access panel positions.
  • Services and items passing through the ceiling.
  • Expected finish and whether painting is included or separate.
